Durham’s Ten Year Results Plan to End Homelessness
Provides critically needed housing, employment and training assistance, and homeless prevention funds for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Durham’s Project Homeless Connect
Provides support to connect Durham’s homeless people with the System of Care that helps them move off the streets and into housing. Donations help pay for eyeglasses, medical supplies, food, toothbrushes, and other necessities to help end the cycle of homelessness.

Durham’s Circles of Support
Provides financial assistance to homeless families and individuals who are connected to a mentoring team to help them transition into and maintain permanent housing. All donations are placed in a donor-advised fund at Triangle Community Foundation.

Durham’s TYP Homeless Prevention Initiative
Provides financial assistance to people at risk of homelessness who have not been able to identify other financial resources.

Durham’s TYP Employment Assistance Initiative
Provides support to homeless people to obtain the Career Readiness Credential at Durham Technical Community College and/or access other job training opportunities.
